Nodal Officer Secure Certificate Console
Authorized Nodal Officers can access approved Migration and Provisional Certificates routed from the University Examination Cell for physical student collection and print delivery.
Strict Single-Print Issuance Protocol
- Single-Print Lock: The official certificate can only be printed once. The print button locks immediately to prevent duplicate circulation.
- Reprint Requisition: In case of printer hardware malfunction, paper jam, or power disruption, an electronic reprint request must be submitted to the University Exam Cell.
- University Authorization: The Examination Controller reviews and unlocks the single additional print attempt.
